Terms of use

These terms cover the free trial of AnalystAI Health with sample reports. Paid plans and clinical pilots with real patient data are agreed separately, in writing, before they start.

Who provides the service

AnalystAI Health is provided by AnalystAI ("we"). The full legal name, registered address and registration details of the company providing the service will be published on this page before any paid plan opens. Until then, you can reach us at hello@analystai.ai.

Who it is for

The service is built for clinics, check-up centres, laboratories and other healthcare organisations that receive lab reports. You use it on behalf of your organisation, with your work email, and you confirm that you are allowed to do so. It is not a service for patients to manage their own results.

Clinic workspaces and your team

  • Your first sign-in creates a clinic workspace. Each person can create one clinic of their own.
  • A clinic has owners and members. Everyone in a clinic can see, upload, review and export its documents. Owners can also invite and remove people, change roles, rename the clinic and delete it; members can delete only what they uploaded.
  • An invite is accepted only by the invited person signing in with that email address. It stays open for 14 days.
  • A clinic can have up to 25 people. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave.
  • Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; there are no passwords. Keep access to your mailbox secure.

The free trial

  • Each clinic can process 20 documents during the trial. Deleting a document does not return it to the allowance.
  • Documents can be PDF, PNG or JPEG files of up to 20 MB and 30 pages.
  • Use synthetic or sample reports only. Before each upload you confirm that the files contain no real patient data. The workspace includes ready-made sample reports for this.
  • We may change the trial or its limits for future uploads, or end it, and will say so in the app. Documents already processed stay readable and exportable until they are deleted under the retention rules below.

Real patient data

Real patient reports, even with names removed, may only be processed in an approved clinical pilot. A pilot starts only after a data processing agreement is signed with your organisation and we switch your clinic to pilot mode. Accepting these terms, creating a workspace or paying for a plan does not allow you to upload real patient data. To ask about a pilot, use the form on our homepage.

Your documents

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to the data extracted from them. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to your clinic. We do not sell them and do not use them to train AI models. You are responsible for having the right to upload each document.

What the service does and does not do

  • It reads lab reports and organises what they say: each test with its value, unit, reference range, flag and the place on the page where it was printed.
  • It does not diagnose, interpret results or give medical advice. High and low flags repeat the reference range printed on the report.
  • Extraction can be wrong. "Located" means a value was found on its line in the report; it does not mean a person checked it. A value confirmed in bulk is recorded separately from a value checked on its own.
  • A person must check every value against the original report before it is used for any clinical purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another clinic's data or another person's account, test or bypass our limits or security without our written permission, upload malicious files, overload the service, or use it to break any law.

Your data: export, retention and deletion

  • You can export any report as Excel, CSV or JSON at any time while it is kept.
  • 30 days after upload, each report is deleted together with its extracted values, reviews and corrections, and it leaves the patient's history. Each report shows its deletion date. Export what you need to keep.
  • A patient record with no report left is deleted 30 days later.
  • You can delete a report sooner. Owners can delete the whole clinic. You can delete your account in Account: clinics where you are the only member are deleted with it; shared clinics keep their data for the remaining members.
  • Deleted data can remain in database backups for up to 30 days. Details are in the privacy policy and on the security page.

Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account or clinic that breaks these terms, puts other customers or the service at risk, or uploads real patient data outside a pilot. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to export your documents.

Availability

The trial is free and has no guaranteed uptime. Processing usually takes a few minutes but can take longer, and the service can be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Unfinished processing is retried automatically; if a report still cannot be processed, it does not count against your allowance.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, their prices, what they include, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you can subscribe, and nothing is charged without your confirmation at checkout.

Liability

The trial is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes. If a change affects how you use the service, we tell clinic owners by email or in the app before it applies.
