Follow a patient's lab results across visits and laboratories
When a patient brings three PDFs from three different laboratories, comparing HbA1c, LDL or creatinine across visits means flipping between files and checking units by hand. AnalystAI Health links each checked report to the patient and lines up matching tests over time on one screen and in one Excel export.
How longitudinal tracking works
- Upload PDFs, scans or phone photos from any laboratory
- Confirm the patient match using the printed name, birth date and patient identifier
- Standardise recognised test names across English, Turkish and French aliases (61 curated markers, 327 aliases)
- View one row per test across every report date, or export the full patient history to Excel
Strict unit and assay safety
Comparing two numbers that use different units or different assays is dangerous. The patient table only merges a test across dates when both the canonical marker and the unit match. Fasting Glucose stays separate from random Glucose, LDL Direct stays separate from calculated LDL, and mg/dL is never mixed with mmol/L or g/L.
Conflict warnings on patient details
If a new report carries the same patient name but a different birth date or patient number, the workspace flags the discrepancy before linking so reports from two different people are never mixed.
Multi-date trend reports handled automatically
When a single laboratory PDF prints current and previous results side by side in columns, each dated column becomes its own dated entry rather than overwriting or confusing the current result.
Questions
Does it convert units automatically?
No. Automatic unit conversion depends on molecular weight and assay method, so values are kept in the exact unit printed on each report. Tests with different units are shown on separate lines so they are never misread.
How are Turkish and English test names matched?
A hand-reviewed catalog maps 327 English, Turkish and French laboratory aliases to 61 standard markers. Clinic-specific markers stay isolated to that clinic.
Can a patient use this for personal health tracking?
No. AnalystAI Health is built for clinics, check-up centres and healthcare teams. Free workspaces use synthetic sample reports only, and real patient histories require an approved clinical pilot.
How long is patient history stored?
Each uploaded report is kept for 30 days and can be exported to Excel, CSV or JSON at any time. A patient record with no remaining reports is deleted 30 days later.
Two ways to start
Try it yourself
Create a free workspace and run our sample reports through every step. Use sample reports only: no real patient data.
- Ready-made sample reports in English and Turkish
- Review, patient history and export
- Invite your teammates
Use it with real patients
Real patient reports go through a clinical pilot. We sign a data processing agreement first, then test on your own reports.
