Lab report digitization for clinics and hospitals

Digitize lab reports without trusting a black box

Patients bring results from many labs, as PDFs, scans and photos. Retyping them is slow and error-prone; an AI that reads them is only useful if every number can be checked. AnalystAI Health extracts each test, shows where it is printed, lets your team correct it, and keeps it organised by patient.

01

What gets digitized

  • Every test row: name, value, unit, reference range, the report's own high or low flag, page and test date
  • Reports with several test dates side by side, one row per date
  • Text results such as Negative, Positive, 1+ and values like <0.5
  • Digital PDFs, scanned pages and phone photos of printed reports, in Turkish, English and French
02

Checked against the source, then by your team

Each value is located on its own line in the original page and highlighted when you click it. Values we cannot point to are marked Needs attention instead of being presented as correct. Your team confirms what is right in one click and corrects the rest; the original extraction and every change are kept with who made it and when.

03

Organised by patient

Link each report to a patient. The system suggests the patient from the name, birth date and patient number printed on the report; a person always confirms, and conflicting details are flagged. The patient page lines up the same test across reports, only when the test and the unit match, so you can see how LDL or HbA1c changed between visits.

04

Ready for your records

Export to Excel, CSV or JSON. Numbers stay numbers, so Excel reads them correctly in Turkish, French or English settings, and every row says whether it was verified or corrected.

05

For clinics and hospitals

  • Clinics and check-up centres: outside results in one format, without retyping
  • Hospitals: clean rows to review instead of pages to copy
  • Teams: shared clinic workspace, owner and member roles, invite by email

Questions

Does it interpret results?

No. It organises what the report says. High and low flags restate the report's own reference range. It does not diagnose or suggest treatment.

How accurate is it?

On our latest test run of 45 invented reports (scans, phone photos and deliberately difficult layouts), 472 of 481 expected rows had value, unit, range, flag and date all right, with 0 critical errors. These are invented reports, not clinical validation; we measure accuracy on your own reports during a pilot.

Can we use it with real patient reports?

Not in the free workspace, which is for synthetic test reports. Real patient reports, even with names removed, are processed only in an approved clinical pilot with a signed data processing agreement.

What happens to the files?

Uploaded files are visible only to your clinic's workspace and deleted after 30 days. You can delete a document at any time.

Two ways to start

Try it yourself

Create a free workspace and run our sample reports through every step. Use sample reports only: no real patient data.

  • Ready-made sample reports in English and Turkish
  • Review, patient history and export
  • Invite your teammates

Use it with real patients

Real patient reports go through a clinical pilot. We sign a data processing agreement first, then test on your own reports.
