Convert lab report PDFs to Excel without retyping
Copying values from a lab PDF into a spreadsheet is slow and easy to get wrong. Upload the report and download a CSV with one row per test: marker, value, unit, reference range, flag and page.
What the spreadsheet contains
- Marker name as printed, plus a standard name when we recognise the test
- Result value as a number ready for spreadsheets (decimal commas become dots), with values like <0.5 or >90 kept
- Unit and reference range as printed on the report
- High or low flag for results outside the reference range
- Page number, so you can check any row against the original
Works with scans and multi-page reports
Reports are read page by page. Scanned or photographed pages are read with OCR, and tables are kept together so a value stays next to its unit and range.
Opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers
The CSV is UTF-8 encoded so accented and Turkish characters display correctly in Excel.
Questions
Is it free to try?
Yes. The sample reports need no sign-up, and a free workspace lets you run sample reports through every step. Real patient reports need an approved clinical pilot.
Which file types can I upload?
PDF, PNG and JPEG files up to 20 MB.
What happens to my file?
It is visible only to members of your clinic's workspace and deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete it sooner yourself.
Can I get the data through an API?
Not yet. Excel, CSV and JSON exports are available today. If you need an API, join the waitlist on the Medical Data Extraction API page.
Two ways to start
Try it yourself
Create a free workspace and run our sample reports through every step. Use sample reports only: no real patient data.
- Ready-made sample reports in English and Turkish
- Review, patient history and export
- Invite your teammates
Use it with real patients
Real patient reports go through a clinical pilot. We sign a data processing agreement first, then test on your own reports.
